Overview

As a Bodily Injury - Attorney Rep Adjuster, you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, disposition, and settlement of auto liability claims, ensuring thorough investigations to make informed decisions on coverage and liability.

• Investigate and evaluate auto liability claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Perform thorough investigations for complex injury claims.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers.
• Prepare and send legal documents post-settlement.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience in bodily injury claims.
• Active Adjuster’s license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience with Guidewire is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
