Overview

The Case Manager at Litco Law is responsible for overseeing client files and ensuring high-quality client service while efficiently moving cases toward resolution or litigation.

In Short

  • Manage client files from initial meeting to final settlement.
  • Enhance client experience by reducing stress and improving satisfaction.
  • Decrease the lifespan of cases to improve cash flow.
  • Educate team on effective communication with insurance adjusters.
  • Maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and defense lawyers.
  • Review client records and conduct quantum assessments.
  • Assist in settlement negotiations and client instructions.
  • Eliminate waste and ensure efficient file management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Claims Adjusting for Bodily Injury or Casualty claims.
  • Demonstrated claims-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and resourceful work ethic.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and handle sensitive situations.
  • Exceptional time management and professionalism.
