Overview

We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in case development, client communication, and overall case management from intake through settlement.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates.
• Guide clients through the legal process from intake to settlement.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, maintaining organized case files.
• Handle all aspects of case preparation, including document gathering.
• Order and track medical records from healthcare providers.
• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
• Work directly with attorneys, presenting case synopses.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding treatment status.
• Build positive client relationships with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or paralegal.
• Experience in a high-volume personal injury practice is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organized case records.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
