In Short

• Manage the VIP player database.
• Maintain user activity on projects.
• Re-engage inactive clients.
• Analyze client behavior and provide personalized assistance.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications based on client requests.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in iGaming/Gambling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage clients with project highlights.
• Experience in handling player objections.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools.
• Availability to work from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time.
