Overview

As a Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster, you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, disposition, and settlement of auto liability claims, requiring exceptional evaluation and judgment skills.

In Short

• Investigate and evaluate auto liability claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Handle complex claims involving severe injuries.
• Work remotely from the Southeast region.
• Prepare and send release documents upon settlement.
• Assess damages and determine legal liability.
• Communicate with insureds regarding claims status.
• Identify potential fraud and collaborate with investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Use analytical skills to organize and evaluate information.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience in bodily injury claims.
• Active Adjuster’s license required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications.
• Knowledge of Guidewire is a plus.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and communicate effectively.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for information gathering.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
