Overview

Joining Davies as our latest Major & Complex Loss Adjuster means that you'll be carrying out the adjustment of High Net Worth, Major Loss and other complex claims including escape of oil.

In Short

• Handle claims in line with company requirements and service standards.
• Ensure key performance indicator targets are reached and maintained.
• Actively progress and control all cases.
• Understand and implement company and client procedures.
• Ensure technical accuracy and produce high-quality reports.
• Build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and policyholders.
• Training will be provided specific to the role.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in adjusting or insurance.
• Proven track record in property claims.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10 years plus experience within an adjusting company or Insurer, including major losses.
• Proven track record of property claims.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and persistence are essential.
