Director of Cloud Operations - Remote

Overview

The Director of Cloud Operations will lead infrastructure and DevOps initiatives across a global SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while driving innovation in cloud operations.

• Lead and mentor DevOps and system administration teams.
• Own the end-to-end DevOps strategy for XTM’s product suite.

• Manage vendor relationships with cloud providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Architectural experience with large scale cloud platforms.
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD.
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices and SRE.
• Experience with hybrid hosting environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks is a plus.
