Transcard is seeking a positive and professional bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide best-in-class support for our customers.

In Short

• Full-time, hourly position.
• Remote opportunity for candidates residing in the US.
• Responsible for answering customer inquiries and managing profiles.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer problems and provide solutions.
• Requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
