In Short

• Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents.

Requirements

• Comfortable with computer tools and various systems.
• Excellence in customer service.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Minimum one year of call center experience.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
• Available 37.5 hours/week, including potential night shifts.
