Overview

The Groups Sales Coordinator will manage group business for Transat Tours Canada, providing excellent customer service while maximizing sales and ensuring competitiveness in the market.

• Solicit and coordinate group bookings.
• Achieve sales targets and manage group bookings from start to finish.
• Negotiate contracts for group services.
• Respond to travel agents' inquiries about group travel.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Sales experience with strong closing skills.
• Travel and tourism diploma preferred.
• Proficient in TTS, Radixx, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• TICO / OPC Certification.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of accounting.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
