Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Project Manager, you are the conduit between our clients and the Professional Services team. You bring your experience with and passion for non-profits to deliver solutions that drive impact.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop project plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to manage expectations.
• Partner with technical project team members to translate business requirements.
• Oversee testing process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan and execute change management strategies.
• Conduct business analysis to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Manage issue resolution and handoff to support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive project delivery.
• Travel to clients in Canada and the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in B2B client-facing roles managing technology projects.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and team building skills.
• Proficiency in change management principles.
