Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

The Collections Manager is responsible for leading the collections function to drive sustainable cash flow, reduce delinquency risk, and improve working capital performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing an Accounts Receivable or Collections team.
• Experience leading teams of 3 or more direct reports.
• Solid understanding of B2B collections and the order to cash process.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research issues.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing projects.
• Self-starter that works well under little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo.
• Passionate about customer experience and improving cash flow.
