Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

The Collections Manager role at Parsons involves applying intelligence collection systems to inform consumers about collection developments and relevancy, while managing large amounts of data and producing visualizations.

• Collaborate across the intelligence community to optimize collection requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements.
• Manage data consistency and produce visualizations.
• Identify collection gaps and assess collection options.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze ISR data sources.
• Develop methods to evaluate collection satisfaction.
• Produce analyses to identify gaps in collection methods.
• Work primarily at the Pentagon with potential for other locations.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance and experience in the intelligence community.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance and willingness to take a CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree +3 years of relevant experience or 7 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience within the Intelligence Community.
• Proficiency in data management and visualization.
• Graduate of a DoD/IC collection management course.
• Familiarity with ICD 203 and ICD 206.
• Experience with statistical packages like Matlab, SPSS, SAS, or R.
