Overview

The Collections Manager at Nivoda Capital will lead the global collections function, optimizing processes and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in debt collection or credit roles within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience with aged debt management and repayment strategies.
• Familiarity with financial systems for tracking collections.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences in communication.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
