Overview

FinFit is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead the collections team, manage outstanding accounts, and ensure timely payments while improving collection efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in collections, with 5 years in management.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
