Portal Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

The Portal Collections Manager will play a critical role in managing our accounts receivable processes with a focus on portal collections, ensuring timely and accurate uploading of invoices, appeals/disputes, and payments received through various online portals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a collections team.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of portal billing procedures and collection techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and online payment portals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
