The Accounts Receivable Collector role at Trace3 focuses on researching, resolving, and identifying the root causes of aged receivables while collaborating with various teams.

• Generate aged receivable reports and prioritize collection efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Three years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing/Collections.
• Intermediate Microsoft applications skills required.
• Strong customer focus and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.
• Comfortable leading meetings and executing agendas.
