Accounts Receivable Clerk - Remote

Overview

An Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be the main point of contact for finance-related questions from clients, responsible for the monthly collections process.

In Short

• Make outbound calls to remind clients of outstanding invoices
• Send emails through Salesforce for invoicing and late fees
• Create and send out invoices on the first business day of the month
• Answer 15-20 inbound calls per day for billing inquiries
• Respond to client’s email billing inquiries
• Close cases assigned to the Finance Department
• Process automatic payments through Stripe
• Manage delinquent client collections
• Scan checks and apply them in Salesforce
• Monitor inbound ACHs and apply amounts correctly

Requirements

• Experience in accounts receivable or finance
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries
• Detail-oriented and organized
