Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will leverage Traackr’s extensive dataset to help clients optimize their influencer investment and performance, focusing on performance measurement, spend optimization, and return on investment.

In Short

• Develop innovative strategies for clients to assess and understand the ROI of their influencer investments.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Client Partner teams to understand client needs.
• Coach and mentor members of the Insights team.
• Extract and visualize data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to optimize data access.
• Analyze Traackr data to identify trends and insights.
• Utilize market research and statistical methodologies for analyses.
• Perform data collection and aggregation processes.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a diverse team.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in creating pivot tables and running regression models.
• Experience with R or Python for statistical programming.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Shell, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/OSX command line.
• Experience with text analysis.
• Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
