Quality Manager at Brand Level - Remote

Overview

As a Quality Manager at Brand Level, you will play a central role in our quality management. You will control the quality of our products along the entire supply chain, optimize processes, and work closely with internal and external partners to elevate our quality goals. You will define standards and ensure that our high quality requirements are met at all times. Become part of a dynamic team and actively shape the further development of our strategic quality management.

In Short

• You will capture, analyze, and report customer complaints and derive appropriate corrective actions.
• You will define and monitor relevant quality metrics (KPIs) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• You will manage our external contract manufacturers and conduct supplier audits.
• You will coordinate and manage quality deviations throughout the supply chain, both internally and externally.
• You will develop and implement quality requirements in close coordination with our product development.
• You will create quality-related statements for customers, end consumers, and authorities.
• You will work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Product Development to ensure product quality.
• You will actively participate in the IFS Broker certification and support internationalization projects.

Requirements

• You have a degree in food technology, quality management, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry.
• You have solid experience in managing contract manufacturers and supplier management.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant quality standards (especially IFS Broker) and food law.
• You have proven expertise in complaint management and process optimization.
• You are proficient in using QM systems (LIMS, PLM) and MS Office.
• You have experience working with international stakeholders and are fluent in German and English.
• Experience with customer requirements from the retail sector is a plus but not mandatory.
