Overview

As a Product Developer (gn) Bars, you will be part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe, focusing on the development of our bar products for the TQG brands (ESN & More Nutrition).

In Short

• Responsible for creating recipes, their production, and documentation.
• Conduct and interpret storage test data for product development.
• Challenge the status quo and enhance existing recipes.
• Search for new raw materials relevant to development.
• Collaborate closely with other departments and suppliers.
• Test products for taste and ingredient combinations.
• Organize and document tastings of prepared products.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Nutrition Science, Food Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, some experience in product development, especially in dietary supplements or protein-enriched foods.
• Basic IT skills for daily tasks and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and structured, even with multiple projects.
• High awareness of laboratory and workplace safety.
• Motivated, reliable, and enjoys teamwork.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Creativity and a hands-on mentality.
