Overview

As a Manager in Strategy & Growth at ESN, you will drive the development and implementation of our long-term growth strategy, collaborating closely with management and other departments to advance strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to secure long-term growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyze customer and market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify new growth areas and derive informed strategic decisions.
• Monitor the performance of our brand and growth initiatives, creating regular reports for top management.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in similar positions, ideally in strategy, business development, or growth, preferably in the consumer goods or dietary supplements sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market and competitive analysis.
• Team player with strong communication skills and high initiative.
• Experience collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
