Overview

You will be the central point of contact for all IT-related inquiries within the company, working with your team to ensure a smooth IT landscape.

In Short

  • First contact for support requests via phone or ticket system
  • Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Assist with hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
  • Manage user accounts and access rights
  • Prepare and configure devices for new employees
  • Document support requests, solutions, and workflows in detail
  • Escalate complex requests to the appropriate support level

Requirements

  • Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT service desk or customer support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office applications
  • Basic understanding of network technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Team player, communicative, and service-oriented
  • Ability to find pragmatic solutions and maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Fluent in German and English
