The Associate National Account Field Maintenance Manager is essential for the successful retention of Ryder's largest accounts, focusing on the improvement of maintenance processes and compliance across multiple regions.

In Short

• Responsible for maintenance KPI improvement for assigned accounts.
• Contact poor performing locations for updates and set action items.
• Develop action plans to address operational and maintenance issues.
• Review performance metrics for assigned accounts.
• Utilize reporting tools to support maintenance efforts.
• Support the National Account Field Maintenance Manager with data and reporting.
• Participate in calls with assigned accounts to develop skills.
• Accountable for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must travel up to 60% as part of the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years or more of fleet maintenance experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
