Overview

The BTS Service Desk provides effective, professional, customer focussed, technical support for Toyota Financial Services UK, their Outsourced Providers and KINTO UK. IT (BTS) Service Desk Analysts provide 1st line support for all Incidents and Service Requests as well as some 2nd and 3rd line support to specific services. This is a hybrid role that requires support to be provided face to face onsite as well as remotely via MS Teams & Telephone.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for various IT services and applications.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are logged and managed effectively.
  • Deliver first-class customer service and maintain clear communication.
  • Work with third parties to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Participate in change management and project management activities.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support vulnerability management efforts.
  • Work with Microsoft Power Apps for productivity tool development.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Work a rotated shift pattern including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with problem and change management.
  • Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
