Overview

The District Manager directly oversees a specific Towne Park district and is responsible for district performance for financial, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives.

In Short

  • Work closely with sales to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to managers in their responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting and HR.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business policies and procedures.
  • Ability to compose professional communications.
  • Physical ability to meet job demands.
