The Remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative at ClerkMinutes is responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting and trial management, focusing on engaging municipal contacts to drive trial signups and pipeline progression.

In Short

  • Perform high-volume outbound calling and email follow-up.
  • Set qualified appointments and generate trial signups.
  • Guide new trials through onboarding and maintain activation momentum.
  • Support larger opportunities through consistent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline stages and notes in Salesforce.
  • Re-engage inactive trials and drive next steps.
  • Engage state associations for pipeline access.
  • Track trial source and engagement status.
  • Coordinate lead distribution and process optimization.
  • Work with imperfect data while producing results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales or SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outreach.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Comfortable making 80–100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Experience selling to local government preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Competitive and output-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics.
  • Process-oriented and disciplined.
