EOS Integrator - Remote

Overview

As the Integrator at HeyGov and Town Web, you'll be the glue that holds our organization together, ensuring preparation for Level 10 meetings, checking in with department heads on rock progress, and unblocking obstacles.

In Short

• Run weekly Level 10 meetings
• Review Scorecards to track business pulse
• Manage Rocks (90-day priorities)
• Resolve issues using the IDS process
• Liaise between departments
• Act as a sounding board for the Visionary's ideas
• Analyze data and metrics to drive performance
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles

Requirements

• Experience in project management or similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
