As a French HR Generalist at Tourlane, you will drive people initiatives and nurture an engaged, inclusive culture across our French teams while supporting our mission to offer the best travel experience.

In Short

• Partner with Country Lead France to execute people strategy.
• Design localized HR initiatives balancing global culture with French specifics.

• Act as primary contact for HR queries from French teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge in French labor law and HR processes.
• Fluent in French (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Remote work experience with proactive communication.
• Ability to facilitate team events and travel occasionally.
• Conflict mediation skills with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and payroll systems.
• Experience in B2C sales and project management preferred.
