Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of the internal Salesforce ecosystem at Tourlane, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive operational excellence.

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators.
• Own the Salesforce modules for Sales, Customer Care, and Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience shaping internal tools in a B2C context.
• Proven track record of successful productivity projects.
• Experience with Salesforce (Service & Sales Cloud) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive innovative solutions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
