In Short

  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of multiple domains across cybersecurity and related technologies to develop clear, crisp messaging and positioning for Torq products and features.
  • Serve as liaison and trusted advisor to sales, product, marketing, and relevant internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the customer’s journey.
  • Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the cybersecurity landscape and how this intersects with our offerings.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our product through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and public speaking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably with experience in cybersecurity.
  • Very strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion about cybersecurity and ability to deliver in the face of a challenge.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in the spotlight of high-visibility initiatives.
  • Ability to create clear and compelling messages as well as willingness to roll up the sleeves to create externally facing assets or internal deliverables.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire small groups and conference audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
