Overview

As a Senior Back-end Engineer at Toptal, you will leverage your Ruby on Rails expertise to enhance our infrastructure and contribute to product development while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience with Ruby/Rails.
• 5 years of experience with SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and automated software testing.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Kafka is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tackle complex problems and consider multiple solutions.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new things.
