Overview

Toptal is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for continuing to scale Performance Marketing at Toptal. You will optimize paid media and manage specific aspects of Toptal’s global SEM, paid social & display campaigns, with the objective of acquiring quality clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in SEM; experience in paid social preferred.
• Experience managing Paid Media budgets over $2M.
• Ability to analyze and promote Paid Media growth strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing strategies.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across time zones and geographies.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about growth performance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
