Senior Project Manager, Brand & Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Project Manager, Brand & Marketing will build and oversee Topstep’s marketing and creative project management function, leading a team of project managers and coordinators. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative, Marketing, and Media organization, driving project planning, workflow optimization, resource allocation, vendor and tools management, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll be responsible for translating strategy into clear project plans, removing roadblocks, implementing and refining processes, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed leader who thrives on structure, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in marketing or media.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in high-performing teams.
• Expertise in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth consumer brands is a plus.
