Overview

We’re looking for a hungry Account Executive to join our LATAM team, driving growth and closing deals while collaborating with our founders and product team.

In Short

  • Sell Topsort’s retail media infrastructure and new product lines.
  • Demonstrate relentless focus and “hunter energy” to win RFPs and deals.
  • Generate pipeline from industry connections and outbound activities.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product team.
  • Be a subject matter expert on Topsort’s products and retail media market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA with excellent grades.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or related fields.
  • Ability to work hard and adjust to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong curiosity for the industry and desire to self-educate.
  • Team player mentality.
  • This role will be based in Santiago, Buenos Aires, or Mexico City.
