The Marketing Lead will be responsible for orchestrating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. As the central figure in our marketing initiatives, this individual will coordinate efforts across performance marketing, content creation, social media, and lifecycle communication. • Collaborate closely with leadership on marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment
• Proven track record working with B2C markets, particularly English-speaking markets
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Customer.io) and social media management.
• Familiarity with paid marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Analytical mindset and ability to measure campaign performance effectively.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.
