In Short

  • Join the Sales team at Too Good To Go in Lisbon.
  • Responsible for turning interest into passion and selling Too Good To Go.
  • Engage with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and bakeries.
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, meetings, and emails.
  • Onboard new partners and support them during their first month.
  • Focus on achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Work in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office.
  • Build relationships and establish rapport with potential partners.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company focused on reducing food waste.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales environment, particularly phone-based sales.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Tenacity and resilience in cold calling.
  • Organized and data-driven with CRM experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English at least on a B2 level.
