In Short

• Support the L&D team with the coordination of development measures.
• Assist in the design of learning content and processes.
• Help prepare, conduct, evaluate, and follow up on training and workshops.
• Maintain and update the L&D database and LMS system.
• Coordinate with hotels and trainers for logistical arrangements.
• Collaborate with and support other departments.
• Work remotely for at least 15 hours a week.
• Be a current student in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Good command of English and German is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
