• Manage and optimize Google campaigns, including SEA, Performance Max (PMax), and Google Search Network.
• Develop data-driven strategies to achieve growth targets and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement of ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and manage bids to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.
• Plan and monitor budgets for all relevant campaigns to maximize results.
• Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with specialists, creative teams, and marketing leads to implement integrated performance marketing strategies.
• Monitor trends, new Google features, and innovations in digital advertising.
• Contribute to the development of efficient, standardized, and automated processes within the performance marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge in the conception, management, and optimization of Google campaigns.
• Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Analytical skills and experience in optimizing data-driven campaigns.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
