Requirements

• 4–6 years in optimization, CRO, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tracking/reporting platforms.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with understanding of marketing psychology.

• Prior experience managing high advertiser volumes.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience with landing page optimization and funnel performance.
