As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social), you will take on a responsible role in our central performance marketing team, significantly shaping our social paid strategy on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms, contributing to the development of our corporate entities.

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns on Meta and TikTok for lead generation and traffic increase.
• Develop data-driven strategies to achieve growth goals and scale campaigns.

• Stay updated on trends and tools in social paid marketing.
• Support the establishment of efficient and automated workflows within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing focusing on social paid campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of developing and optimizing social paid strategies and practical experience with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• A completed degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of tracking tools, automation, and new marketing technologies.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
