Overview

As a SIP Services Engineer at Toku, you will be responsible for implementing, deploying, and optimizing contact centre and enterprise voice solutions, ensuring quality and reliability in delivery.

In Short

• Deliver, configure, and deploy contact centre and enterprise telephony solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and secure voice solutions.
• Coordinate implementation across multiple projects.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident support.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on SIP and voice architecture.
• Support integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot WebRTC communication use cases.
• Read and understand automation scripts.
• Collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Stay current with evolving voice and CCaaS technologies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SIP servers and voice architecture.
• 5+ years of practical experience in services or voice engineering.
• Experience with major CCaaS platforms like Avaya or Cisco.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice issues.
• Familiarity with WebRTC concepts.
• Experience delivering PBX and IVR solutions.
• Solid experience with Linux-based systems.
• Ability to read and understand Python scripts.
• Experience with system-level integrations.
• A proactive approach to work and learning new technologies.
