Vice President – Network Operations Centre - Remote

Overview

As Vice President – Network Operations Centre (NOC), you will own and lead Toku’s global 24×7 NOC function, ensuring service availability, incident performance, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction across all platforms.

• Lead and operate a global NOC covering all Toku platforms.
• Manage Level 1 operations with effective engagement and escalation models.
• Own coordination and decisions for S1/S2 incidents.
• Ensure ticket resolution performance meets defined targets.
• Standardise and improve existing SOPs across all NOC functions.
• Restructure and upskill the NOC for better efficiency.
• Prepare for NOC-facing audits ensuring compliance.
• Develop a high-performing NOC organisation.
• Drive high-quality customer interactions during incidents.
• Manage geographically distributed teams in a follow-the-sun model.
• Provide operational reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead operational change during transition periods.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years leading large-scale NOC or service operations.
• Experience owning contractual targets like 99.99% availability.
• Strong track record managing teams with operational discipline.
• Hands-on experience with major incident management.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service operations.
• Background in telecoms or related platforms.
• Comfort supporting audits and explaining operational controls.
• Success leading distributed operations across time zones.
• Experience stabilising existing NOC environments.
• Willingness to be office-based in India with travel.
