This internship involves providing support for a cloud-based camp management software, ensuring clients have a great experience and troubleshooting software issues.

In Short

  • Paid internship for 2 months from May 19th to mid-August.
  • Work hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST with occasional weekends.
  • Respond to client questions and issues via phone and ticketing software.
  • Assist clients across multiple products.
  • Work with Product and Development teams to improve the product.
  • Document frequently asked questions and prepare knowledge-based content.
  • Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and eager to learn.
