Overview

As a Software Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for user support inquiries for ERP and EDI issues.

• Serve as the first point of contact for user support inquiries.
• Provide quick and accurate resolutions to common technical issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Tier 2 team.
• Manage and track support tickets through to resolution.
• Proactively monitor and follow up on open support issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in learning complex information quickly.
• Superb critical thinking skills.
• Develop an encyclopedic knowledge of business processes.
• Basic understanding of business operations preferred.
• Support of ERP systems and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of different EDI transactions.
• Experience with IBM I and Windows environments.
