Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Togetherwork, you will assist customers in utilizing our software solutions for organizational management and payment processing, specifically in the Rec & Leisure business line.

In Short

  • Provide top-notch customer support for our software solutions.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting software issues.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Work with Development and QA teams to resolve system issues.
  • Document FAQs and prepare knowledge-based content.
  • Flexible work schedule with shifts from 2pm to 11pm EST.
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge of the dance industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or payments industry preferred.
  • Opportunity for growth within the company.

  • Comfortable helping customers via phone support.
  • Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
