Overview

Togetherwork is looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to drive the go-to-market execution for its Pet Care Product Group. This group consists of SMB SaaS Software solutions serving the Pet Care vertical market. The customer journey for these solutions includes trial, self-serve, and full-service sales cycles.

In Short

  • Lead and scale the marketing function within the Pet Care Product Group.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Define and manage marketing revenue funnel goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee brand management and customer marketing.
  • Drive lead generation through digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage SEM/PPC and SEO efforts.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing functions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a revenue-generating company.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a marketing team.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and branding.
  • Experience in SaaS software sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience leading a metrics-driven marketing team.
  • Ability to drive marketing innovation.
