Overview

The Vice President of Tax will play a key role in shaping our tax strategy as we expand globally, ensuring compliance and optimizing our tax position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation or JD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate tax, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with tax implications of a SaaS business model.
• Proven expertise in U.S. and international tax compliance and planning.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and operate as a business partner.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
