• 15+ years of experience in media brand building.
• Experience leading editorial and social/influencer strategy.
• Cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven track record in audience growth and retention.
• Strong background in data storytelling and analytics.
• Experience applying AI to content production and distribution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
