Onboarding Consultant, R/MM - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Consultant serves as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from the time that the account has been booked, through the onboarding phase of the customer journey. This role is responsible for managing a project workload of 80 projects in the Mid Market segment, ensuring that restaurant owners and staff can effectively utilize the Toast POS system.

• 3+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
